LakeRidge Falls Overview

Founded in 2001, LakeRidge Falls is one of Sarasota’s best kept secrets. The most often heard comment from visitors is: “Wow, it is like a hidden paradise inside LRF.” We are an active 55+ gated community located just north of University Parkway on Tuttle Avenue. The community consists of 399 homes located on 170 acres that includes 16 scenic lakes, a preserve area, and beautiful green and flourishing grounds.

LakeRidge Falls is comprised of three different neighborhoods: Stirling Falls which is composed of 151 detached single-family units, Victoria Falls which is composed of 110 duplex villas, and Sandstone Falls which is composed of 138 garden villas arranged in quads and 6-plex style buildings.


LakeRidge Falls Amenities

LakeRidge Falls offers a large range of amenities. Our recreation and social center features a clubhouse with a billiard room, a library room with three computer stations and free Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, an arts and craft room, card rooms, and a grand salon with kitchen and serving bar. Immediately adjacent to the clubhouse is a fully equipped fitness center and our outdoor amenities which include a heated resort-style pool, spa, and two bocce ball courts.  We are blessed with great active residents who come together to attend shows, dinners, and barbecues. Our activities include a variety of games like Bunco, Mahjong, Poker, and Bridge, Bingo nights, and Bocce games.

 

The LakeRidge Falls Social Committee organizes a variety of activities including monthly parties and holiday events. There is also a travel group and the LakeRidge Falls Art League that contribute to making our community a wonderful place to live.

 

Area

LakeRidge Falls is conveniently located within easy walking distance to shopping plazas with restaurants, banks, drug stores, grocery stores and a movie theater. We are just 15 minutes from the beautiful and sandy beaches of Lido and Siesta Keys and even closer to some of the most popular attractions Sarasota has to offer such as the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, Ringling Museum of Art and Asolo Theatre, Selby Botanical Gardens and Mote Marine Aquarium.
