What's Happening at LRF?

Blueball

Welcome to our new residents. You will find a page of information of special interest to you by clicking here. If you are not a new resident you should look here at least once to see the type of information for your future reference!

Blueball  Signup sheets are posted on the bulletin board in the Club House for residents to participate in those events now scheduled. Volunteers are always needed to help with the special events now planned. Here's your chance to get involved and meet some of your neighbors too!!

This Week’s Activities:

For the daily activity schedule each week refer to the Monthly Calendar in this month's Newsletter or to the Weekly Reminders you received by email.

If there is a change in any scheduled meetings or someone needs space for a meeting or activity, please do not assume that there will always be space. Each meeting change or use of room space for activities needs to be scheduled through Karen or you may find 'your room' occupied by someone else!

Regular Group Activities:

Go to the Groups page to see the listing of regularly scheduled group activities.

Future Activities:

Go to the Current Month's Newsletter in the column Things To DO where you will find a complete listing and description of events planned for the next few months.

Notices:

Mass Email Distribution System The community has a system for distributing email messages concerning events within the community to all residents who are on our distribution list. For more information go to the RULES tab in the menu bar at the top of every page and read items 5,6 and 7 listed there.

Who Turned Out The Lights? For those of you who are leaving the Clubhouse late at night PLEASE DO NOT turn out the lights. As a Security Precaution, the Security Committee has asked that selected lights remain on all night. Therefore DO NOT TURN THEM OFF when you leave after dark!

Every Back Flow is inspected by Howz It Flowing, once a year. Howz It Flowing does not put on a current tag. If you get a notice or visit from a Manatee County representative regarding untagged back flows call Mary, she will pass the information to the proper person. You do not need to employ your own plumber.
