These are regularly scheduled activities
that meet every week or month at
the same time and place in the Clubhouse as listed below:
The Bingo
Players meet the second Monday of each
month. Doors are opened at 6:15 PM to sell cards, select your lucky
spot and swap gossip. The games begin at 7:00 sharp.
Bunco The
Bunco group meets the first Wednesday of each month at 1:30 PM
in the LRF Clubhouse.The Bunco Players are looking for new players
and will gladly show you how to play. They say it is very easy
to learn, fun to play and even the losers come out winners!
The
Book Club meets
in the Craft Room at 11:00 am on the second Monday of every month. Click here for

Mahjong There
is a Thursday afternoon Mahjong group and they are looking
for anyone who would like to join in a friendly, fun game
of weekly Mahjong. If interested please call Bev at 358-8074.
Men’s
Bocce – They are back, the LakeRidge Falls Men
of the Bocce Brigade. Starting Monday, September 11 at 4:00
PM each day, all fair minded, able bodied and willing men are
welcome to the Bocce court to have a good time. If you have
any thoughts or questions you are welcome to call Joe Russo
at 351-2258.
The LRF bowlers can
still use more bowlers. Bowling is every Thursday at 1:00 PM
at the Sarasota Lanes, corner of Lime and Fruitville Road.
Bowling is a triple winner - it cost but a tad, it is fun and
it is a great social outing. Call Don Hunt for information
358-6281.
Horseshoes is
played each Wednesday morning at 10:00 AM and all are invited.
The horseshoe kit is in the closet in the craft room by the pool.
No key is necessary and please return the equipment after playing.
Tuesday Afternoon
Bridge at 12:45 PM is looking for
new members. The Tuesday group is a wonderful bunch who enjoy
the moment and every once in awhile there is a little something
extra thrown in to sweeten the pot – one of our Tuesday
players happens to be a great baker.
Friday Afternoon Bridge at
1:30 PM. For those who like to bid each hand to it's maximum
- Casino Scoring - no rubbers, part scores or honors. Each hand
stands on its own.
This
is the place to list your group activitiy. There are many of
these groups in existence now, and probably will be more as
our community matures.
